"I liked they had a Ruth Chris in the hotel and the courtesy drinks at the hotel bar. I didn’t appreciate being denied an additional courtesy water bottle at reception the following day of checking in."

"Busy busy hotel valet is expensive but they are nice and fast ! Yes it’s pet friendly but taking pet outside not much to go so we found a park around the corner "

"The kitchen is currently being remodeled….. so no food. Also if you drive a company service vehicle you must use a public parking lot at $24.00 a day fee for overnight parking. It is a short walk."

"Arrived at the hotel 30 minutes after the 4 o'clock check-in. The front desk did say they where busy the prior evening so housekeeping, was running behind on rooms. I called front desk for towels and didn't receive them, I had to walk out of the room and catch a housekeeper on a lower for. I also called the front desk about tissue because there was not an extra roll on the shelf. And never received it because the young lady said housekeeping was gone for the day. "

"I had a horrible experience in terms of other guests. I was woke up several times due to noisy, disruptive guests in the hallway and then in the room next door to me. I had to go into the hallway and ask them to quiet down. I also had to call the front desk and have them send someone upstairs. In my short 5 hours that I had to sleep, I was work up 4-5 times by these people."
