Pink Shell Beach Resort and Marina

"Our family absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! I really liked that it works so well for both families with kids and adults without children. There is a shallow pool for playing with kids, an adults only pool, and another quieter pool for everyone. The hot tub was great too. The pools are open until 11 PM which is amazing. It was so nice to be able to stay in the water late in the evening and really enjoy the vacation without rushing. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection and it is served until 10:30 AM. I loved that too because when you are on vacation you do not always want to wake up early just to make it to breakfast. In the evening everything looks beautiful, especially when the pools light up red. There is always music playing which makes the atmosphere even better. The staff were amazing 10/10. Our room was cleaned perfectly every day and we had an incredible ocean view that we enjoyed every single day. The towel system is very convenient. You can take as many towels as your family needs and return them to the same place. The hotel is right on the beach with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. You can also order food and have it brought directly to you on the beach which is so helpful with kids. I also loved the wristband keys because you can use them for your room, beach access and towels. The hotel itself is beautiful and my daughter said it looked like a Barbie house because everything is pink even the towels. We had such a wonderful family vacation."
Residence Inn by Marriott Fort Myers Sanibel

"Fifth time here and I always come back. There are some Residence Inn in the area (Fort Myers), but this one is the best. Although it's kind of far from downtown and busy areas, the price and easy/fast access to the beaches (Fort Myers or Sanibel) are super valuable. It's weird that they charge for parking (U$ 5/day) in a "remote" area (others don't). Breakfast included is very nice with fruits, cereals, eggs, juices. And they offer coffee all-day which is nice coming back in the afternoon. They offer you cookies (fresh baked) and popcorn too. I love Residence Inn because they have a full kitchen in the room, which is a great convenience for travelers. You have a Publix right next door too,"

"Great location for Fort Meyers beach. Our room was dated/worn and not particularly clean (bedsheets stained etc). That being said, our room was old in the older part of the resort, so the newer side may be better? On site bar is worth a visit for food/drink"

"I stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. The decor was fun, room was clean and smelled wonderful. The pool was clean and not crowded- at times I had it to myself. There were kayaks, SUP and bicycles to use for free!! The location was perfectly in the middle for the beach side or back to the city. Several great restaurants close by. I have already added this place to my “will stay again” list."

"Our family of 7 had an amazing time at this location. The kids loved the pool, night swimming, fishing off the deck and the comfy rooms. We appreciated all the pool/ocean/beach toys that were available. There was plenty of kitchen utensils, pots/pans etc. The beach was a close 5 minute drive which we went to everyday. It is also close to Captiva Island, in which we also spent the day. Highly recommend and we will be visiting again soon!"
