We loved the location, the neighbors who live there full time and the fact that linens were provided, even though we didn't know that and took our own.

We were able to walk over the the ocean several times a day. The main road runs between the house and the beach, but it was not difficult to cross, even with children. We used the hot tub and enjoyed that, and the location of the house was nice.

House was layed out very nice and we loved the location. The only complaint is the one picture shows the dock on the sound as if you have access but that is not the case it's roped off with no trespassing signs.

This was our second time at the “Beach Please” and it was simply wonderful! The place was spotlessly clean, plenty of space indoor and outdoor, just a stone’s throw from the beach, and the hot tub was a delightful treat. Plus, getting in and out was a breeze.

The place was clean & great location in North Topsail. Only issue is that the picture of fishing pier is misleading. As there is no access to fishing pier at this property & pier located nearby is private

We originally did not book this house, but for unforseen circumstances the house we had rented wasn't going to be ready so this was the alternative. But we enjoyed this home, especially the upper deck and game room area. Wasn't oceanfront, which was a bummer, but a very short and easy walk to the beach

This was exactly what our family needed. Beautifully decorated and right across from the beach! Ps.. a rental vehicle is needed to get around, no uber in that area
