I paid $121 to park on the right side of the building for 3 days but on day 2 the parking lot was full, so I went to additional parking in the same lot but the worker said they were 2 different parking lots and I would have to move my care once a spot became available or pay again. "Good condo. Convenient location. Air conditioning is building controlled for the bedrooms. We couldn't cool the bedrooms,except by opening the windows, and there are two other cooling units which are fixed in place (one is quite noisy). They have to be run continuously and they slowly bring the temperature down over many hours. Kitchen is lovely and well appointed with kitchen and dining stuff."

"This unit is very close to the large conference hotels; about a 4 minute walk to the Hilton. The building is older and in need of some repairs but the unit itself is in great shape with newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom. All the furniture was new in good shape and Beds were very comfortable. Unit was clean All the appliances were in great working condition plenty of dishes spoons forks cooking knives and utensils etc. no real cooking ingredients if you want to cook in the unit though only...

"This was a great location for wanting to be near the Mercedes Benz stadium and all things downtown. The parking was easy and nice to have since parking can get expensive. My only notes are to mention that the building itself seems as though it’s under renovation so it didn’t look wonderful as we pulled up (large dumpster in the front of the entrance) but the unit itself was exactly as pictured. Lastly, the air conditioner didn’t work in one of the bedrooms/living room so it was a bit warm when...

"Communication with the host was great. The host was friendly and very informative. The condo was within walking distance of many local attractions, affordably priced with on site parking at an additional small daily fee. The condo was nicely decorated and there were games provided to play. I would recommend this condo to others and would stay there again. "

"When we arrived at the property there were dirty dishes in the sink and the dishwasher had not been run. When we used the sink, there was a rusted bottle cap stuck in the garbage disposal blades that we had to dig out to get the garbage disposal to run so the water would drain in the sink. There also was no water or ice connected in the refrigerator. We talked to Julius and he said that he had to rush the cleaners out because we had arrived. We actually arrived 2 hours past the check in time....

"Everything needed at apartment, cups, plates, washer dryer etc. Check in was easy but communication a little difficult when there were issues as you can only communicate through the app when there's not someone at the front desk. The app sent someone to fix my TV at 1am! Could have been cleaner but staff were really nice when I did find them."
