This was our first time there and the person thst checked us in was awesome. Let us know about the property, amenities, and places to eat that were close and open. The heated floor in the bathroom threw me for a loop and the place is amazing we will be back again for sure.

Everything was very good, the room was very spacious, the only negative was that as it was the off season just about everything in Snowshoe is closed, there was one Restaurant, The Junction, that was open and then the Foxfire Grille was open for just two days as I was leaving, none of the food establishments were open at Corduroy.

The property was on top of the ski resort with beautiful views. However the room didn't have a regular coffee maker, only expresso. Also, no breakfast, which at the time of the booking was advertised. The staff told use that regular coffee was available in the lobby. However, when we went to check out the lobby was closed and there was no coffee or tea available. No breakfast was offered. This was a major inconvenience and added expense.

Check-in was easy. We liked the indoor parking. The view was excellent. Number one elevator had an unpleasant odor in the lodge. The coffee machine in the room did not function properly. And you were unable to put mugs that were provided underneath. The bathroom door was rubbing the floor and pulling the door frame loose.
