Perfect location when you have a car to explore Ortigia, Fontane Bianchi and other areas. No air condition, just ceiling fans, but that was okay for us in June. Not sure if it is okay in July/August. Loved the pool and pool area. Very good communication with the host, Andrea. We’ll definitely go back if we get the opportunity.
