The room was brand new—just a week old—modern, nicely appointed with many amenities: a complimentary minibar, safe, and good air conditioning. The bedding and towels were top quality. Above all, Ms. Valeria offered a personalized service, she went above and beyond, gifting us a bottle of wine, local cookies and some pastries for breakfast. It was truly a five-star……

They were incredibly helpful, attentive, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. It may have been my own oversight for not paying closer attention to the lack of an elevator and the type of accommodation this is. The rooms themselves were very clean, tastefully decorated, and offered excellent value for the price. However, our room was one of only a handful located……

“The room size and cleanness is good. Original I stayed at a room which is on the first floor, facing the road side. I cannot even sleep for the whole night as the traffic outside woke me up every 15 mins. It is a terrible time. Luckily, the helpful staff moved me to another room which is quiet. I think that room should not serve guest anymore as it is not possible to sleep with such a noice traffic outside. ”
