There is no phone to call, so you are at their mercy if you need something from them. "We’ve stayed twice recently, and the rooms are really nice spacious shower, large separate toilet room & sink area ! The one thing I love in a hotel bath, is a makeup mirror and RH is the same as mine at home ! The decor of RH is gorgeous I think! The lobby is so nice the hanging lights are stunning. We love staying there!!"

"When I checked in, I asked if an upgrade was possible because I wanted a room with a Queen Bed and a balcony but at the time I made the reservation, it wasn't available. Tamra checked immediately and found one. She even gave me the upgrade without charging me extra for it. Thank you, Tamra! I was very happy with the room. From the balcony (furnished with a table and comfy chairs) I could see all the way down historic Main Street. Also, I'm an early riser and found freshly made coffee in the lobby at 5:45 AM. Everyone in the hotel, restaurant and bar were helpful and friendly. They told me about the history of the hotel and showed me special places in it, like the Red Room. Thanks, Chrissy. (I hope I got your name right.) I really enjoyed my stay at The National Hotel in Jackson."

"This is a very old hotel with all the scents and quirks of an old hotel. However, it is beautifully maintained and we found the room very clean and the overall property very fun to explore and experience. The parking was easy to get to and from and seemed safe. We encountered no problems. We enjoyed sitting out on the common balcony and watching the evening of the downtown come to life. The shopping up and down the street the next day was lovely. Many shops are closed on Sunday, fyi. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return again!"

"i booked this place after i saw the reviews. however still hesitant because it’s a Motel 6. i was very impressed though. My two rooms were great. furniture was in great condition, bed was great, bathroom was super clean. Main hallways had the look of a motel 6 but once you entered the rooms it was well worth the money. The property was safe and quiet. Also close to multiple restaurants, fast food, and bar which is an easy walk. Highly recommend."

"This is the most darling place, and from the moment you see the property, you can tell that the owners take pride in ownership and in their investment. The longer I was there, the more clear that was. There is a gorgeous, large outdoor area set up for guests to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings with the ability for several different groups to sit together, or for all to sit as one big group. The exterior of the facility was as clean, neat, and tidy as the indoors. The owner greeted me and checked me in and gave me a welcome gift bag with water and granola bars. My room was *enormous*. It was so nice and so big with a lovely little back patio, that I sent a video of it to my friends and my sister, telling everyone where it is so they can stay when they come through. As I was leaving, the owner came out and asked if everything was okay and if anything needed improvement, and I could tell that he really wanted to know. Absolutely 10/10 and will be back"

"Staff was great! Very nice and helpful! Room was clean, bed very comfortable, quiet. The town was a surprise. Great choices of places to eat and drink. Shopping included several quaint stores. We only stayed one night passing through but we could see ourselves spending several nights here and exploring the area."
