Quiet neighborhood, great amenities

This is our third (or fourth??) time staying at this house. We love the location, the pool, the spa, and how well the streaming works on all the TVs -- that sounds silly, but the kids appreciate not getting stuck by slow wifi. We'll be back!

Comfortable and Fun!

Loved this property. Centrally located, under 10 minutes to everything we wanted to do. House is at a dead end so no street traffic. Layout of the house was great with kids, en-suite room was at the other side of the house making it feel more private. Our kids loved the backyard and were in the pool all day long. We will be coming back.

We enjoyed the stay at this clean, beautiful, well kept home so much we are already looking to book it again. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood close to everything you could possibly need. Sylvia is very friendly and responsive, she took the time to answer All my questions. Perfect place to enjoy family time and forget about routines! We enjoyed every space in the house, beds are very confortable, clean fresh linens and towels, plenty blankets, the pool and hot tub perfect way to enjoy the weather. Everything works perfectly, kitchen has anything you need. The house is perfect to spend quality time with the fam. We will book again!

Enjoyed our stay in Folsom!

This was a beautiful home in Folsom in a great neighborhood. The best part about the neighborhood was that there was a beautiful walking/biking path steps from the front door! I walked my dog on that path several times a day! The house was clean and the furniture was very comfortable. It is winter so we did not use the pool, but the hot tub was perfect on a cold winter night! The owners were easy to communicate with and very helpful. The kitchen had plenty of pots/pans etc., so that we were able to cook several meals at the house. Thank you for a great stay!

Birthday Celebration

This home is well appointed and was a wonderful stay for our family. The only negative was there were limited (if any) trash bags, paper towels & Toilet paper. I guess they expected us to bring them, which is OK but would have been nice to know. This is not a slam on the renters or VRBO just something for otherrs to know. We woudl rent this home again easily.

Booked house specifically for hot tub. The hot tub heater had a glitch. Owners did all they could to help, which was appreciated, but we were not able to use the hot tub as much as we had hoped.

Excellent house that has gone above and beyond

We stayed in Folsom for our visit to family. The house is beautiful with a great pool and play structure for children. The owners have added supplies that most homes and owners don’t do. There were coffee pods available and laundry pods and shampoos and conditioners in the showers. None of this they are required to do but because of this we would definitely return to of the need arises.

Clean and spacious, well appointed in the kitchen, and a nice backyard with hot tub and pool. Great communication via SMS. Overall a good value for 6-8 person family.
