“Lovely staff but felt like it was so far away from everything. 25 minute walk to train station. Beautiful views but no where near Mount Vesuvius. Great view of it.
Hotel is very modern but very thin walls, didnt get the room we paid for but what we had was nice. Really weird though as you lay in bed and had a big glazed window looking directly into the shower and toilet.
Breakfast was pastries and coffee. Not much choice as it was a single type of croissant.
Too far out for local amenities,……

“First of all the staff were always polite and extremely helpful. The front desk people booked an excursion to Amalfi and Positano by boat at our request with pick up at our marina. Asking them for help with any excursions is a smart move.
The breakfast was nicer than anticipated and the serving staff cheerful.
Housekeeping staff cleaned our outdoor floor and furniture (bird droppings) everyday.
Our view was spectacular and we listened to the surf day and night. This made our stay very……

I booked sea view with balcony but not high enough not really see the sea. All the soap,shampoo....is disposable that not good for environmental protection.There is no save box in the room. ”

“This is not the most convenient location- you have to take a shuttle with limited times to get to the train station to get to Sorrento and from there get a ferry to Naples, Capri or Amalfi / Positino. I thought we were staying in Sorrento so took a ferry there and it costs us $80 euros to get to hotel sadly. You also have to get a bus between the ferry port and train station or walk it. All of this hard on my husband who uses a Walker. However, with all that said, this place is TERRIFIC!! No……

“The location is very good, where the entrence of the city of Pompeii is just next to the hotel. Free parking is provided. The garden is fascinating where lots of home planted lemon trees are all around. You can take lots of great photos in this fascinating garden at night.
