"Great hotel, I dropped it a star because of the construction - and of course, I got the room literally facing the construction site (I’m convinced this stuff always happens to me!) the staff were 10/10 though. Room was gorgeous. I might be harsh dropping it a star, because everything was amazing apart from the construction which isn’t their fault - just book a room on the other side if possible "

"The room was spacious and clean, with a nice balcony and big TV. The staff were lovely and welcoming. The 1 issue we had which knocks the property down is that the noise proofing from the balcony wasn’t great, so we could hear noise from the street, despite being 20+ floors up. This was particularly annoying one night when a local decided to sing using a karaoke mic! We appreciate this isn’t the hotels issue but if the sound proofing was better, we would not have heard this."
