“訂房後請務必與業者聯絡，才能取得入住相關訊息。格局兩房一廳一衛浴，附有小廚房，房間都是雙人床。入住期間正好遇到業者在清理打掃同樓層的另一間住房，清潔程度相當令人滿意跟放心。生活機能佳，步行約200公尺就到達天神橋筋商店街(天一)。交通還算方便，步行約500公尺抵達南森町站。”

“出張での利用で週末だったので、どこも宿泊代が高く、困っていたところ、なかなかこのサイトでは予約できないとの事で、たまたまヒットし、すぐに予約させていただきました。お洒落で清潔感があり、料金もリーズナブルでとても助かりました。”

“施設に入る為のＰＤＦが開けず大変でしたがオーナーさんの対応も早くて助かりました！駅から少し歩きますが一回行けば分かりやすく静かな所で過ごしやすかったです^_^ 洗濯もできるしコンセントも充実していてアイロンやドライヤー、クイックルワイパーもあり良かったです！全体的に綺麗でしたがブラインドに埃が凄かったのでハンディモップもあると良かったです。あと、タオルケットがあるとありがたかったです。お値段安いし部屋も広いし　また大阪行った時は利用したいです^_^”

“This was great stay! There is no reception or staff as you’re virtually renting an apartment. The apartment is absolutely brilliant and so spacious. Would recommend for longer stays as it is really spacious. Its in a great location with great connection to the downtown area. Great connection to Shin-Osaka, Umeda and Namba as well. The area surrounding the apparent has good eating options, couple of convenience stores and also a little shopping arcade. ”

“Great stay at the property! No dryer and bath jets dont work - but did have a cute secure balcony and entry, was close to markets, resturants and shopping. Was fairly quiet but right off a main road. Nice neighborhood. Owners were responsive and place was clean with small kitchen, teapot and working fridge. Highly recommend!”
