“The bed was super comfy, the views were gorgeous, located close to stores and restaurants so a great place to stay. Pool was smaller than expected and the noise level after hours for a booked reception was the only bad things to note”

“i really enjoyed my stay at the hampton. i’d say my only problem with the stay was that i arrived after my check in time and the front desk person told me i still had to wait for my room. however, it was easily fixed and i only had to wait like 10 minutes maybe. so it wasn’t a huge deal. other than that, it was a great time. the lobby was so nice and fancy looking, it looked inviting and it made me want to lounge for a bit. the rooms were beautiful and spacious, the AC was nice and cool when……

“Do not book this Motel 6 in Las Cruces. When I arrived, the front desk employee was in a heated argument with another customer who had also booked through Expedia. He was loudly insisting that the customer’s Expedia reservation did not exist. Before I could even attempt to check in, it was obvious this property was in complete disarray. The situation escalated to the point that police were called. This was not a case of me checking in, disliking the room, and asking for a refund. I never had a……

“Arrived to see manager and customer yelling at each other. Lobby was very dirty and not inviting. We ran as fast as we could away from this hotel! Lost ~$70 and had to drive to another town, but there was no way I was going to spend the night in this place.”

“The waiter works hard, has a good attitude, is very careful, very clean, the facilities are perfect. ”

“Great stay. Clean and safe. Breakfast spread was amazing. Eggs, biscuits and gravy and hatch chilies. Great variety for adults and children. I traveled with my family of 4 and everyone enjoyed breakfast. Room did not she’ll. Plenty of towels. Restaurants near by for dinner. Right off the highway.”

“Everything was really nice and going well till we didn't get help with cleaning the room. We had to discover the room didn't get cleaned after being out all day. Staff didn't bother to say anything till approached for toilet paper and towels. Other family stayed and got service, don't understand what happened for us.”

Although the hotel facilities are starting to show their age and feel a bit dated, everything is well-maintained, bright, and very clean. They offer a convenient complimentary breakfast; however, the seating area in the breakfast room felt a little cramped, so you might have to squeeze in or wait for a table during peak hours.”

“Immaculate property, lobby and room, very quiet despite being right off the freeway. The young man at the front desk on the overnight shift was super friendly and helpful, even giving me some salt packets and advice on an over-the-counter medicine for my aching tooth! The other staff we encountered were welcoming and pleasant, with smiles and "good evening," "good morning," "enjoy your stay," and "let me know if I can help you" heard more than once in the course of just one overnight.
