「We booked a long-term stay for December 2025 through January 2026 for our wedding, honeymoon, and winter break. On December 30, 2025, housekeeping entered our cottage and left the door open. Our dog escaped during this time. We were not notified for approximately two hours. The property owner did not contact us directly or provide an incident report. Our dog, Pax, has been missing since that date. As of writing this review, it has been 34 days.
The property also had multiple maintenance issues...

「Very nice staff. Clean apartment. Take the airport transfer service at a cost. It is cheaper than the airport taxi. Definitely need a car to move around to locations as it is located in a nice but quiet residential area.」

「very comfortable and affordable stay right on the beach. Great location surrounded by beach bars, restaurants and shops all within short walks. The best part is the hotel gave guests free gifts (reusable water bottles, nice beach bag, and a set consisting of mosquito repellent and soothing remedy). This is so thoughtful!」

「Clean, big rooms, helpful staff, and most excellent location few minutes walk to Mambo Beach. Hotel has no room service and their shops/restaurant close by 7/8pm but Mambo is open if u don’t mind a little, short walk.」
