「The location is good and near to the attraction points. The front desk people is nice and very helpful. When we left in early morning to the airport (around 6:00am), they prepared take away breakfast for us even it's just simple fruit, biscuit and drink. We felt very warm and the service is over 5 stars hotel. We recommend to all if you're going to Quito.」

「Loved the location just 1 block off the main square. The room was huge and comfortable with lots of electric outlets. The security guard was helpful, made us feel very secure, and watched out for the guests. Even helped us confirm that the Uber driver was who he said he was as the license plate did not match the app. Breakfast was good and the hours were long.
