“The property, the location, the rooms, Staff meals. Everything was on point one thing I have to say that if you are a traveler, especially a woman and you bring a lot of clothes there is really no closet space also if you’re a person like myself that I like to buy extra food and then later on warm it up or I can’t finish my food and I warm it up. There’s no microwave in the room other than that it was phenomenal.”

“You got to check out this hotel it is absolutely amazing great location approximately 20 minutes from the city. Is also an Asian Indian restaurant one block away from the hotel. There's also a convenience store in that same location. There's also five or six restaurants that you can literally walk to. The staff was great nice little breakfast area in the garden area downstairs. You also have a buffet on the also which is the top floor where the beautiful lap pool, hot tub is located. 10 Stars……

“Very clean and modern room with beautiful views and great staff”

“The executive suite was very large and the view of copacabana beach and sugarloaf mountain was beautiful. The only issues we had was one toilet did not work for our entire stay and we had issues with our blinds. There were also lots of stains on the carpet and furniture. Some of the furniture was not in great condition, but overall the room looked generally nice. The staff were generally friendly. There was an incident while we stayed where multiple guests got trapped in one of the elevators……

“What a view from this spot! Large balcony overlooking the beach with a jacuzzi. The restaurant had the best chicken I’ve had in my life. Rooftop bar/pool was all the vibes. AC blows cold, comfy beds with blackout curtains… the coffee shop in lobby was icing on cake to start your day. Very safe location. But best part was the staff. Amazing experience! Gleixa and Eduin were such professionals, as an American who isn’t best at Spanish they helped me w/ the check in process with ease & were very……
