“Great hotel and staff!”

“飯店就位在公車總站和服務中心的前方，交通非常方便。 由於是搭乘早上的巴士抵達，沒想到櫃台小姐竟說房間已經準備好了，讓我們感到非常開心。 整個飯店是全木頭打造，設備新穎維護得很好，櫃台小姐服務佳，英文溝通無礙，早上豐盛，值得推薦的好飯店。”

“The property was well maintained and clean. The manager was helpful. The portal to invite guests was weird, it says you could, but you couldn't. Really nice pool and beach area. The bar and restaurant were not completed and during the day you could hear construction. All in all, really nice apartment and property.”

“We’d never been to Rio so we booked a little in the blind, not knowing that the hotel was a little further away from the amenities we wanted to see. Water was not complimentary to the room, which was annoying. Dining in the main restaurant by the front desk was like dining on a cheap cruise ship!… lots of screaming kids and tons of people!… it was like shopping in a Costco! But, our room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. I will say the staff were very helpful and friendly and some……

“O area do Hotel e linda principalmente a externa muito bem cuidado. Os quartos precisam de renovação e eles precisam dar jeito no cheiro de esgoto do bamheoro. A comida é uma delicia”

“I didn't like the fact that the front desk never picked up when calling neither did room service. There were no face towels and when asked for the staff just looked at you. There was no straw's for drinking. The activity schedule was never posted. The activity that were scheduled was in Spanish so we didn't understand anything. It should be in Spanish and then repeated it in English. The food wasn't that good but okay.”
