「The staff from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm very rude! The rooms are very small nothing like in the pictures, idk why Expedia doesn’t add the breakfast when the hotel offers for free… 」

「Le service et le personnel impeccable. Le café était très bon (espresso). Service de navette pour la ville très pratique. Beau gym et bien équipé. Il aurait été intéressant d’avoir une navette de l’aéroport vers l’hôtel et vice et versa. Je donne une note moyenne à la nourriture. Très salé, poisson surcuit, viande très dure. Les fruits étaient très bons et l’ajout de grille pain a accélérer le service. Les potages et les ceviches étaient bons. Très beau séjour.」

「Room was beautiful and has an insane view of the city. Beach was right next to the hotel; and the outdoor pool was literally the best I've seen anywhere. Breakfast buffet is to die for as well. I can strong recommend it to anyone visiting Rio.」

「The hotel is very pretty, with beautiful minimalist decor and a subtle Caribbean touch. I booked a two-room apartment, but my family was given a one-room apartment instead. Even so, they said the place was beautiful with an ocean view. I also contacted the property in advance to arrange something special for my mom’s birthday upon arrival, but I never received a response.」
