“Everything was perfect”

“The young front desk staff was extremely rude during check-in. When I contacted the manager about the situation, he showed very little concern and did not ask what happened or offer any meaningful solution. I ended up reaching out to Expedia for help, and they were the ones who actually assisted me and explained what to do regarding my issue. The biggest problem was the poor customer service and lack of training at check-in. The staff did not explain breakfast hours, provide the Wi-Fi……

“Nice property and great location. However, the customer service could use improvement. I was not impressed with the service at the reception desk, as the staff seemed unhelpful and lacked the level of hospitality I expected. While the property itself was enjoyable, a more welcoming and attentive front desk experience would have made my stay much better.”

Meu filho amou a recreação e, como fomos no carnaval, teve bloquinho pela propriedade… muito legal! De pontos negativos: a comida realmente deixou a desejar. Uma comida muito simples, sem variedade. “Great experience/Vacation, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was really good as well, highly recommend Seaside Grills catch of the day, we can’t stop thinking about it! Only downside of this resort was there wasn’t a built in pool bar or people offering excursions, very calm resort. Other than that 10/10! Shout out to Jesus, Naileth and Luis who took great care of us and had the drinks flowing!”

“The hotel was located in an excellent location. The room and facility was spotless. Only 1 thing that we didn't like - everyday we returned to our room, the cleaning person was just chilling in our room. It was like we startled her by returning and she'd start back cleaning. We enjoyed the free food at the lounge for breakfast and throughout the day. The pool was amazing. We walked to a breakfast cafe a couple blocks away, walked to dinner one evening. “Work but could be better, the rooms structure is weird”

“Excellent service and BEAUTIFUL views. What an experience. We also did a tour of the sacred valley with the owner Eddy. We had the best time, visited moray Mara’s ollantaytambo and stopped for beers at a local brewery. Had the best time. Staff were also very accommodating, shout out to Gabby and Juan Carlos! Food was top notch. Lots of water coca tea, pisco sours and even made a special tea for me where I had a cold ! The place is a little out of the way up the mountain but gave the best……
