“We had an amazing time at this hotel it is very close to restaurants and convenient stores. The rooms are very beautiful for the cost get one with a balcony. The breakfast was great and the restaurant team is awesome. Please book a Uber from the airport and for all your travel needs. Must visit spot is Comuna 13 it is a cultural tour which is so amazing. I love Medellín and will visit again. FYI get a spa treatment.”

“There was a party in the lobby area, and the music and bass were so loud that we could even feel the vibrations in our room. It made it very difficult to relax and sleep. Additionally, the room was not fully equipped, as it lacked a hair dryer and a clothes iron. The towels were also not changed regularly during our stay.”

“Loved it. Our suite on the 27th floor was spacious. It had an awesome view of both the beach on one side and the Christ in a distance. 💕 Sunrise was over a nearby hill. Spectacular location. It was a peaceful pampered vacation. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were gentle and great. Tip- Bring you own water and snacks :)”

“Good: location and views. Bad: poor condition of the property. We stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, it does not meet 4-star standards in its current condition. In my opinion, it is closer to a 3-star property. Our room had several maintenance issues. The entrance door had a visible wall crack, and multiple electrical outlets were loose and needed repair. We also did not have consistent hot water during our stay, which was very inconvenient. In addition, the air conditioning system was……

“The property was well maintained and clean. The manager was helpful. The portal to invite guests was weird, it says you could, but you couldn't. Really nice pool and beach area. The bar and restaurant were not completed and during the day you could hear construction. All in all, really nice apartment and property.”

“Our stay was truly the experience of a lifetime. Every member of the staff was exceptionally kind, caring, and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. After a long day, I had trouble making it up the hill to our room, and the gentleman who escorted us graciously carried my bag. I wish I had gotten his name so I could thank him personally. It was so late when we checked in that I completely forgot to ask. Jorge was equally wonderful. He and his dog, Sunny, gave us a ride……
