Meu filho amou a recreação e, como fomos no carnaval, teve bloquinho pela propriedade… muito legal! De pontos negativos: a comida realmente deixou a desejar. Uma comida muito simples, sem variedade. Na estação que todo dia deveria ser uma novidade diferente, quase todos os dias pizza. Para um hotel desse……

“Staff was amazing. I think they are the best part of this hotel. Multiple issues with room, changed three times. The first did not have the view that we PAID for, the second's shower overflowed into the bathroom, could not be fixed, the third room’s bed was not clean. We slept in urine and blood that was not ours. Needless to say, cleaning the bed was the least that they could do. This turned me off from this resort alone and for this, I will never return. The food was good, Portofino was……

“This was such a great pick. The pool on the rooftop had amazing views. The continental breakfast in the morning was delicious and I’m happy it was included with our stay it was very worth it! The restaurant at the hotel had amazing food and everything was just very convenient. Also, the staff was so amazingly nice and welcoming. I had a great experience, highly recommended.”

“For over 15 years, I have been using the Rio Othon Palace 2x-3x per year. It is at a great location with many great restaurants, centrally located, shopping galoreand transportation options abound. The hotel has a great recently renovated rooftop with one of the best views of Rio's Copacabana Beach. The staff is very friendly and carries the typical 'carioca' hospitality. Awesome spot!”

“I only had one knock about the place they offered us a package. What we paid for a breakfast and a lunch and a happy hour. It was a little underwhelming. I definitely would skip that doing this again. But other than that, the front staff was nice. The grounds were very well kept. It was very close to the main strip walkable. For other restaurants and things in the area, the beach was also very close walkable. To Hollywood beach and Cartagena beach and I enjoyed the things at the hotel. The pool,……

“The property was well maintained and clean. The manager was helpful. The portal to invite guests was weird, it says you could, but you couldn't. Really nice pool and beach area. The bar and restaurant were not completed and during the day you could hear construction. All in all, really nice apartment and property.”

“Our stay was truly the experience of a lifetime. Every member of the staff was exceptionally kind, caring, and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. After a long day, I had trouble making it up the hill to our room, and the gentleman who escorted us graciously carried my bag. I wish I had gotten his name so I could thank him personally. It was so late when we checked in that I completely forgot to ask. Jorge was equally wonderful. He and his dog, Sunny, gave us a ride……
