「Staff was amazing. I think they are the best part of this hotel. Multiple issues with room, changed three times. The first did not have the view that we PAID for, the second's shower overflowed into the bathroom, could not be fixed, the third room’s bed was not clean. We slept in urine and blood that was not ours. Needless to say, cleaning the bed was the least that they could do. This turned me off from this resort alone and for this, I will never return. 「For over 15 years, I have been using the Rio Othon Palace 2x-3x per year. It is at a great location with many great restaurants, centrally located, shopping galoreand transportation options abound. The hotel has a great recently renovated rooftop with one of the best views of Rio's Copacabana Beach. The staff is very friendly and carries the typical 'carioca' hospitality. Awesome spot!」

「The property was well maintained and clean. The manager was helpful. The portal to invite guests was weird, it says you could, but you couldn't. Really nice pool and beach area. The bar and restaurant were not completed and during the day you could hear construction. All in all, really nice apartment and property.」
