“The location, service and staff is very good. Rooftop is awsome but rooms are old and not good maintained. The renovated ones are very good but the old ones no for the price.”

“The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is decent, with a shopping mall right next door and several good restaurants and attractions nearby. However, I was disappointed that the beach access was closed due to ongoing construction. This was one of the main reasons I chose this property, and I was not informed about the closure before arriving. Had I known, I may have considered other options. “I really can’t complain. I had an amazing trip. I love Colombia. This is my third time visiting however, the only thing I didn’t like is, I didn’t request for my room to be cleaned and they came and clean my room anyway other than that I really can’t complain. The staff was great. The cleaning ladies are nice very helpful. The hosts was amazing I totally forgot their name so that I could give them a shout out sorry, ladies. The security guards were very attentive. Also one little hiccup. I wish……

“The hotel was lovely. The location was ideal. Everything I needed was in walking distance. As a solo traveller, that was important to me. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. I love the tapestries hanging in the room and reception. I felt safe and happy to be outside the US. I’m returning soon!”

“Excellent service and BEAUTIFUL views. What an experience. We also did a tour of the sacred valley with the owner Eddy. We had the best time, visited moray Mara’s ollantaytambo and stopped for beers at a local brewery. Had the best time. Staff were also very accommodating, shout out to Gabby and Juan Carlos! Food was top notch. Lots of water coca tea, pisco sours and even made a special tea for me where I had a cold ! The place is a little out of the way up the mountain but gave the best……
