"Not sure what happened within the past year but this year’s stay was less than desirable, obvious the room was not cleaned from previous guest, dirt all around the bathroom/bathtub, no clean towels & no toilet paper The guest service gal was very rude like we were a bother , will not return, I’d actually like a refund!!!"

"Everything was great except only having luke warm water available for the jacuzzi. Great staff, free breakfast and coffee, just no hot water in the tub. I recommended just getting a regular room."

"Great place to stay while birding the Lake Erie coast! Very convenient to places like Magee Marsh, East Harbor State Park, etc. Excellent breakfast buffet and I was able to grab coffee and a muffin before the 6am official start. Nice selection of restaurants in very easy walking distance. The take-out Hibachi meal was delicious!!"
