「The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and their service was very generous; they were always trying to assist and were excellent guides on our tours. I should clarify that the breakfast is very basic, I completely understand that, but Robbie and her husband deserve top marks for their excellent service.」

「Nice hotel and service」

「Stunning Grand Hotel quality for a fraction of 5Star price. Just NOT to look for it on DiDi by name, only by address: Avatar Valley Grand Hotel is actually “ Zhangjiajie Country Garden Phoenix Hotel” We had luck with a friendly DiDi driver that helped us and called their local number to verify location. Breakfast buffet room looks like an Opera House. Swimming Pools are huge. Not crowded at all for the 1400 rooms available. Late August, maybe seeemed maybe 10% occupied. Amazingly helpful Staff...

「Very good service and convenient location」

「 From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I knew I was in for a memorable stay. The atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, with a modern design that blended seamlessly with subtle touches of local culture. Every detail—from the scent in the air to the music softly playing in the background—had clearly been carefully curated to create a relaxing and luxurious environment. Check-In & First Impressions The check-in process was smooth and efficient. I was warmly greeted by the front desk...

「It’s just a short walk to the park gate, perfect for heading straight to the Bailong Elevator. The host knew all the best hiking trails and told us which paths to avoid crowds.」
