"Hair on the bed that wasn't mine, bugs, stains all over. The managers said she eould comp me a breakfast. All I wanted was someone to bring clean sheets but that wasn't an option. After I refused a free dinner, they called back and said they had a room upstairs that was clean. No thank you, I know how you clean rooms"

"I stayed there when it first opened and there was a huge difference. It’s lost its class its prestige. But prices stayed the same. The thing I was most disappointed in was no door on shower and no fridge to keep any drinks cold. "

"We were expecting quirky and charming (with a cult following) but we were so disappointed in the hospitality, mismatched microfiber sheets, crunchy towels and used bath mat…we chose to leave after about an hour and drive through the night. Also, the address says it’s in Beatty but it’s at least half an hour out of town."

"Nice big room, kitchenette was nice. Huge TV blocked the view, could not see out the window. Breakfast was nice. Would stay here again if passing through. "
