The place is right next to the beach - nothing like feeling that ocean breeze right when you wake up and being able to swim at any time during the day and not worrying about parking. Overall place is great if you’re coming alone, with friends, or a small family. Gary was a fantastic host - super responsive and answered all my questions. I’ll be back here for sure!"

"The location was fabulous..staying right on the beach was perfect for Long Beach days and the convenience of having a home base, no driving..very restorative watching the ocean change from calm to roaring waves. Things could have been upgraded, like the screen door, but I just focused on the beach. Being The last unit, we had views from both sides and plenty of deck space. I felt Very relaxed and restored! "The apartment was spacious and comfortable. It's on a charming street and is extremely close to all the shops and restaurants on Main Street. I have no complaints about the place. One thing to note is the place is managed by a rental agency. This requires you to sign a contract and pick up and drop off keys at their office, which is about a mile away. "Great place to stay in the oceans edge property. It is quiet but still lots to do. The condo has all you need for a family with lots of games and very comfortable beds. The host was very attentive and check in was a breeze. The only reason I rated a 4 out of 5 for cleanliness was the deck wasn’t clean - although it was pollen season and hard to keep up with that. "My fiancé and I planned a last minute trip to the Cape for his birthday . We walked into a beautiful studio. Neil our host was extremely accommodating. We had fresh lilacs on the kitchen table with a bottle of champagne and salt water taffy which we indulged in 😉 Shops and restaurants were close by and a walk to the beach. We recommend this place to anyone who would like a nice quiet area with wonderful service from your host."
