「Richard & Mark were the perfect hosts! They met us with a warm welcome & made us feel like we were guests in their home. The beach house was perfectly clean and their breakfast was a "Proper English Breakfast." The Seaside path was within walking distance and the view was spectacular. Whenever we asked suggestions for restaurants they were always accommodating. They made us feel like their extended family! If you are looking for a little peace of heaven in Littlehampton, this is the place...

「Oak Tree Rooms was an excellent base for our New Forest weekend. I think the only drawback was the other people staying - they did like a loud conversation through a locked door, which was quite annoying! Other than that, the rooms were very comfortable indeed.」

「The bedding and towels were lovely and clean, couldn't fault. The shower tray left a lot to be desired, along with the shower mat and windowsill. There was no way of opening/closing the windows as they were too high. The same with the curtains. A long bamboo rod attached to the top could help with opening/closing? Staff? Hardley saw a soul in the 4 days I was there. The breakfast was sufficient for what I needed.」
