“Very nice service and good help from staff”

“The main building was beautiful with high arched ceilings. It was beautifully decorated and fresh flowers daily. The water features were lovely, with some large fish in some. The restaurant we used was the large one down stairs. We used the smaller room off the main as it was air-conditioned and less busy. Our room was on the 3rd floor of one of the annexes, and was wonderful, - beautifully appointed, with a balcony overlooking the excellent pool. The staff were very friendly and gave……

“The resort was so well maintained, safe and beautiful. The staff were very patient, helpful and polite, and did look after us, especially our 8 month old daughter Leela , very well. Airport shuttle was easy to find, and very comfortable. Bar was excellent. Miri and its staff were brilliant, especially Abhishek, Gaurav, Sumit, Yash, Chef Asif, Rebek, Akhum, Miriam. thank you to Shahbaz and Gajanan, and special mention to the room attendants, Sunil and the team. “Overall an excellent stay at the Dona Sylvia resort, nestled in lush gardens with good facilities. Location is excellent with direct access to the beach, and a wide variety of restaurants and beach shacks in the vicinity. The staff delivers attentive service and they were very helpful with additional activities such as arranging a cooking class! The pool and the gardens are very well maintained. “This was the second time I stayed at this hotel and I was happy to see it was still the same good place as back in 2016. The staff is helpful and friendly, the rooms are simple but clean. To reach the beach it´s about 2-3 minutes walk. The room and the pool area look exactly as pictures on the booking site. Overall, once again a good experience.”
