“All the staff was extremely helpful and very accommodating even though we had a big group. Pool and restaurant was good. Worth the price, would definitely come back. Great place to stay!! ”

“Good”

“Beautiful hotel with vast estate of well maintained gardens. Clean pristine beach right next to the hotel. Loved the room with the plunge pool. Staff were very helpful. Services were excellent. They even provided free taxi services from/to the airport! Brest was included and had lot of variety options. If you can afford then don't hesitate to stay in Taj resort!”

“Really dated I booked an indulgence room. It was terrible Swimming pool is in the shade and really cold water. Only 6 sun loungers around it because nobody went in the pool. Clean towels supplied smelt horrible. Always got dirty feet when I had a shower as they obviously don’t clean the floor”

“I liked the overall stay very helpful staff and well maintained property. Breakfast was excellent we had good breakfast so that we can have a light lunch. Swimming pool was nicely maintained and all amenities was good. As they have buggy service to the banolim Beach till 6 pm in evening you have very good access to the beach as well to enjoy the evening sunset. Overall very satisfied with the stay”

“Very disappointed with the overall experience. The property rooms were not as per standard or what was presented on the website The rooms were not clean or maintained The property upkeep is not as per 5 star standard The towels and pillows were very dirty and were not in a state where they could be used; they had stains and even after asking for replacement were provided with stained towels (we ended up having to purchase towels from a local store) Hot water was not working in the room The……

“I stayed at the Azaya Beach Resort and originally booked a 7-night stay. However, due to the extremely poor condition of the hotel and multiple safety concerns, I checked out the following day and booked another hotel instead. Upon check-in, the shower in my room was not working. I informed the staff and asked them to fix it while I went out for dinner. When I returned, nothing had been repaired, and worse, my room had been left unlocked with three laptops, my passport, and other valuables……

“Just all round, bad service. No one to clean the room, refresh the bins. Had breakfast included for 1 week... Tried 3 times to have breakfast... I just gave up. I just went somewhere else because I was already waiting+25 minutes on all 3 occasions. I've had food in the restaurant in front. It's all dry and reheated”

“Excellent stay ! Very attentive and kind sfaff, the breakfast is great, the room very comfy. Ony cons I could find: a bit isolated and the pool is best in the morning / early afternoon as it’ll be in the shade after that. Very happy otherwise ”

“Amazing hotel. Staff were super friendly and attentive for all your needs. Our room was exactly as advertised and more than enough space for three adults.”

“We stayed in room 616. This is a basic 4 star hotel for sure. It is clean. And the rooms are large. Bed is large and comfortable but the pillows were so soft they didn't work. However our bar fridge didn't work. The bathroom is large. The breakfast was adequate but we did have to ask for butter, There was no Ham or bacon available on the morning we stayed. Which is ok but after a while you do want a European breakfast. We had a room service dinner which was adequate... lamb Chops were……
