“The Manager was very rude and disrespectful. She was not empathetic to my bathroom not being clean the toilet was filthy and the bathtub was inoperative therefore we could not shower. The manager made us wait a long time to even speak with her and then she was extremely mean. And mocked me for wanting a new room; I video taped her behavior and she finally gave us a new room. I was very disappointed in the Managers behavior.”

“The property did not have clean towels at any of the pools and the shower coming from the beach did not work. Also, the rooms did not have the basic necessities like shower caps, shampoo, and conditioner. I did enjoy the breakfast buffet and the live music from the deck. The staff was very friendly.”

“The hotel location was great, nice pool amenities with an adult pool. Beautiful views of the ocean. Very nice restaurant with great food. Front desk staff was great including Denise and Susan. The only negative comments would be that the rooms are outdated, including the bathroom. Also, we were told housekeeping would be daily and they only came once in 5 days. I called each day to ask them to dump trash and they never did. We needed to call for new towels and rather than come into the room they……
