"The front staff didn’t check us in on time. I had to keep calling them to remind them that I still don’t have a room even after the check out time. The checkout process was super frustrating. Also when you call the front desk for help they can put you on hold for a while and forget about you. We would hang up at point and call back. The pool and the restaurant crew were amazing on the other hand. Friendly and attentive. Loved the pool and how clean the hotel was."

"Airport shuttle was dependable, polite, timely. I left my wedding rings in the room. The staff helped with a FedEx shipment to me. The telephone in the room, for a wake up call, did not work."

"Overall the resort was very nice and had very friendly staff however the food at the Raiders bar and grill was awful. We ordered the Philly cheesesteak and the Fried Chicken sandwich. First, all sides were separate. You didn’t get fries with any meal cause they’re a separate side. Then the two sandwiches were by far the blandest food we’ve ever had. Absolutely no seasoning or flavor whatsoever. We ended up paying over $100 for 2 beers, 2 sandwiches that we didn’t even finish and an order of fries. Would never eat there again."

"The hotel was extremely clean. Parking was easy. It's close enough to the strip where you can get there in 10 minutes but far enough away so the prices are not bad. There's a HUGE shopping center right next to it with multiple eateries and outles. I would stay at the same Hotel again. Oh and breakfast was delicious but make sure you add salt and pepper on your scrambled eggs though the rest was awesome"

"Could use a bit of maintenance in the unit. Check in on a Friday afternoon was at least an hour wait, if not more. The staff did their best to "herd" us into a moving line as best they could. Once we got to the desk though it was quite quick. We only visited the main pool as it was windy and cooler during most of our stay but the warmer day we found it to be enjoyable with plenty of seating. A shuttle to/from the strip would have been ideal. Would likely stay again."
