“My experience was terrible as soon as we entered the owner of the property started asking us how we got it for so cheap and started venting about it. That is how we were welcomed and it is such a terrible way to welcome somebody who’s going to be your guest. There was no water in the fridge or even in the kitchen area that we could use. The bathroom was terrible. The toilet wasn’t even cleaned and it stink everywhere, including the room. The owner did not help with anything that was asked, and……

“Nice property, breakfast is delicious but be aware: 1. Office opens at 4pm, you cannot check in before 4pm 2. Parking is $16 3. Breakfast is $18 (Canadian) per person”

“The bed was very comfortable and the manager was friendly, kind, and helpful. Unfortunately I had no idea this hotel would be run by an AI receptionist that required me to scan my face to get entrance. What if I didn't have a phone? Would I not be able to use the hotel room I had paid for? It was also not clear that it was a 2 floor walkup, which made it hard to access my room. The accessibility issue was a big challenge for me. I would not stay here again.”
