"Hotel staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable with a modern en suite bathroom. Breakfast was decent. Only issue was it took almost an hour to park the car (30 minutes in nearest NCP before being told it was full and joined massive queue to exit). Obviously not the hotel’s fault but apparently this is typical for Bath, especially at the weekends!"

"The hotel is well located and easy walking distance to all the attractions. Service is exceptional in the restaurant and bar and really made the experience. As we settled in with cocktails before dinner, there was no rush to move through to the restaurant. The restaurant team were welcoming, informative and friendly. Food was incredible and overall a lovely evening. "

"Clean rooms and bathrooms, decent breakfast and coffee, helpful staff. Overall if you stay without car it's a good hotel for the price. Lower rating due to CRAZY HIGH parking fees! £52 for 24h! Luckily we still got a old price as we booked before the hike. "

"A lovely, clean, modern hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were vast and tasted great. The spa facilities were plentiful. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. Overall a fabulous hotel that we’d definitely stay in again."

Of particular note are Bo at reception who quickly helped to resolve an issue upon arrival, and Alex the bar tender who was so friendly and great with his cocktail making skills! "The affordability of the hotel made the trip possible. Room is small but not squished and makes excellent use of space. Everything is very good quality. Lots of lovely touches like wine and cheese at reception. Very central so a great base to explore."
