「Working in the area, made a change from the standard hotels, lovely and clean and carpets throughout made my stay nice and quiet, well maintained and pleasant welcome from Peter, Met Justine in the morning, welcoming well catered breakfast available. I had room 4, a single en-suite room, with coffee/tea in the room and clean shower facilities.」

「A lovely place to stay, our room was very cozy and clean and smelt lovely. The breakfast was very good. What you have to take into consideration is, it is a working farm so not everything is going to be squeaky clean. I enjoyed my time there, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.」

「The host Kevin was good company and very helpful with recommendations of things to do locally. The property itself was in great condition, I felt comfortable throughout. The location is ideal, within walking distance of the town centre. The breakfast is also excellent. Enjoyed a solo birthday weekend in Stratford Upon Avon staying here. Would happily recommend. 」

「we have just returned from having a 3 night stay in this B&B which is situated within easy walking distance of the town centre . We arrived on one of the coldest days on record only to find that our room was freezing cold . A warm welcoming room would have been much appreciated- however this was sorted by the next day. The breakfasts were beautifully cooked and were much appreciated. Sadly though the dining room was also very cold throughout our stay which has affected our overall rating of...
