“Rooms weren’t as clean as they could be”

“We had a flight out of Austin so we decided to book since it was close to the airport. As soon as we entered the hotel room smelled like mold or some strange smell. We went to dinner and did some shopping and went to sleep. My husband woke up to use the bathroom and said he killed a huge roach. Definitely won't be staying here again.”

“This property is in desperate need of maintenance and solid house keeping. From a lack of towels, to garbage on the floor of the room, to non-functioning equipment, it is hotel in need of TLC.”

“First and foremost, I was deceived! When checking in, the lobby was dirty, and smelled HORRIBLE! The front desk girl was nice but lobby was terrible. After that, the elevator were DISGUSTING. It was hot in there and trash and grime and the buttons were sticky the ac units that’s were next to the elevator on the 3rd floor was covered in mold and the carpet was wet from the water dripping from the ac as well. The rooms were even worse, the bathroom was covered in mold, and the water did not get……

“Only got to spend a couple of hours there but can’t recommend this hotel enough. Room was clean. Great water pressure in the shower. Steamer, hair dryer, lotions all excellent amenities. Their shuttle service to the airport was not working but they got us an Uber free of charge to accommodate us. Highly recommend to anyone needing a place in Austin”
