“Airport shuttle was easy to find. I took the shuttle very early in the morning from the hotel to the airport. The shuttle was there and waiting at 3am.”

“Shuttle not operating due to weather No breakfast available. Desk clerk lethargic and not helpful. Facility needs a good cleaning and paint. Elevators yucky. Room was large with separate sitting area.”

“Although the beds and the bathroom were clean, I felt like the floors had not been vacuumed at all. A little disappointing. As we were leaving guests from a ground floor room had simply taken the screen off their window and were coming and going through it.”

“I rarely write a review, but Aloft Austin Airport is well-merited. Clean, new hotel with spacious, well-kept rooms, convenient location and comfortable beds. Happy with my stay and likely to stay again. ”

“I was misled to book this hotel, and explained to the hotel that we would like to cancel this stay, but they still checked us in while I was explaining to them, and later on told us that the stay was not cancellable because we had checked in. I called Expedia and talked to them through Expedia but the issue was not solved, so we were finally forced to live there, after one hour waste to time, and I got allergy by sleeping on the sofa bed. The front desk lady was aloof.”

“Great stay. Would book again. Clean and comfortable. Nice amenities. Low on bath tissue and towels. We had to purchase extra bath tissue and towels for the week. Suggest to remind cleaning person to stay and wait for the towels to dry before hanging them up. The unit has washer/dryer and a wonderful kitchen with most of the utensils you would want. Recommend. ”
