“The staff was great. At the desk, they were courteous, helpful and efficient. The drivers for the shuttle were great, as well. They were friendly, helpful and handled Austin's traffic with, seeming, ease. My room was nice, spacious and very clean. Their cleaning staff does their job very well. All in all, I had a nice stay. My thanks to the staff for making it that way.”
