“Host communicated very well. It turned out that the place was close to everything we needed to accomplish on our trip, which pleasantly surprised us. Place was clean, quiet, and to ourselves. Much better than a hotel. Had all the amenities we needed. Very well done! We would rent again. A nice touch was the children's book written about Roxaboxen Park (kitty corner from the property) which we walked over to see and the story came alive. Interesting! “We had a spectacular stay! The hosts have created an exceptionally comfortable, clean, beautiful, artistic guest environment .The hosts were very kind and welcoming, and went out of there way to orient us to everything there and to all the surroundings. They baked us delicious muffins and left us extra treats! We loved every minute of our stay and definitely want to come back! We feel so grateful to have been able to stay there!”

“Perfect for a solo traveler, or for a loving couple who just need the basics and not much space. Safeway within walking distance. Working class neighborhood, but not seedy. Property surrounded by new, high fence, so I felt safe. Quiet, except for neighbors' dogs who occasionally have bark fests. But these are infrequent and not loud. One neighbor has a black goat which talks in the morning. It's very cute. Host (who lives in the main house next door) is very courteous and responds almost……

“We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Tucson. The place was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, just as advertised. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The exhaust fan was a little noisy, and turning on the cold water made a loud sound, but neither of these things really bothered us.
