「Clean room ,good customer service」

「Parking on the street and I was lucky to find an open space. Thought it was a hotel when booked but it’s more like a type of AirB&B apartment. Very inconvenient to get in and out with multiple keys and locks. There was a lady yelling in the early morning, could not understanding Italian so have no clue. Would not recommend it unless you have no place else to stay!」

「Very friendly staff to greet me. Room was spacious, lovely and clean. Bed was so comfortable! Area was a good area to stay - right next to a Metro stop! Would recommend!」

「I was surprised to see that it was a shared kitchen with one other guest. The bed wasn't comfortable, old mattresses. The place was clean, not quiet due to children playing all day outside. The owner also texted me that I had to check in by 19:30 which made it very difficult, but he eventually agreed to meet me at 20:00. Also, the owner insisted on taking a picture of my passport. This I found to be odd and suspect. Be careful.」
