「Property is nice and clean. Good sized unit and it is close to all the shopping and central points of Milan. Issue is the shared kitchen and if the other guests don’t want in honour the 10:30 quiet period it is extremely loud as the kitchen is just outside your door. Neighbouring guests were a young family that decided 12:30am was dinner time during our stay. Otherwise the stay was great and the manager was incredibly supportive.」

「The hotel is well located with short walls to the Duomo and shopping areas. The location is secure though there are no staff available at night. The entry procedure was explained well and we had no trouble accessing our room. Minor concern is that a street trolley regularly traverses the Piazza and is quite audible even up on the seventh floor. The hotel does provide ear plugs which is a nice touch. Bathroom was clean and well appointed」
