「The staff was very nice but never around when you needed them. The office was closed most of the two days we were there. They were definitely short staffed. Which was so disheartening beings it was summertime. The kayaking was amazing and the restaurant was excellent but they only serve dinner during the week with breakfast, lunch and dinner on offered on weekends. We did not know that prior to getting there. I think that management needs to be more accommodating to those who made reservations...

「The room itself was very clean and the appointments were cute. No hairdryer available, and we stayed in Room #13. Very noisy. Room was below kitchen area and noise started around 5:00 a.m. and we never could get any sleep. Tried speaking with Josh at front desk. Said he was sorry...yada, yada, yada. We have stayed there before and not had a problem. Maybe it was because we booked through Expedia. Don't know, but I can assure you DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO PLACE YOU IN A ROOM WHERE STAFF IS...
