The 1st time was perfect, but this time, there was popcorn all over the living room floor, the bathrooms were not very clean & the furniture throughout the unit was very dusty. It appears no one has stayed in this unit for quite a while. The 6 remote controls in living room also is confusing & frustrating. Internet was good. The Boardwalk with shops/restaurants are about 1.5 miles from the condo, be aware that parking at the Boardwalk is $9/hr +tax. Parking at the condo is free :). "My family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this place located just across the street from the ocean. Bedroom had a nice view of the ocean. Very clean, fully stocked, and updated condo. Would definitely stay here again. The rental company was extremely helpful. Just a helpful tip on additional parking if you have more then 2 vehicles. There is daily public parking spots. The ones around the place are $25 a day."

"We loved how close the home was to the beach and easy walk since we came for a fishing tournament. The house was nice and clean. We had 8 family members and the floor we were on would sleep 10. The listing did say they would prefer cars and of course we were driving trucks and it was very hard to park at the home and we had to pay for one truck to park off site. "1st the positives...extremely clean, very roomy, great location well stocked, amazing views... Next the cons...building is dated could use some sprucing up but condo itself updated comfortable and clean with normal saltwater esthetic issues..the water/sulfur smell was unlike anything I've ever experienced...very overwhelming and uncomfortable i didn't even want to turn water on for any reason. Parking underneath extremely tight...small cars and really small suv only no regular or large suv...
