"We paid $200 for a $50 room. Room was dated. Needs fresh paint in bathroom. Everything was poor quality including the very low toilet. Lousy breakfast. Won’t be going back."

"The location was great...convenient to all attractions. Website could have mentioned the parking pick-up/drop-off instructions. Confusing when checking out was told I had to pay, couldn't find where to pay...asked again and was told something entirely different by the same person. The parking was the least expensive $18/day. The parking garage is not clearly marked...again instructions were not clear. The breakfast was clear about what you could select from...frustrating especially when under staffed. The biggest takeaway was the unclear communication between the staff and the customers."

"Skeptical about staying at this hotel but we were all pleasantly surprised! The staff were so friendly and helpful and the room was clean. Breakfast was really good too. The yogurt with all the food toppings was my fave! Would definitely stay here again!"

"Hotel front desk Staff were very nice. However, housekeeping never came by our room once in 4 nights, we left a tied trash bag outside our door that was not picked up for 2 days. The pool and hot tub were closed when we arrived and no notice. There was a cigarette butt on our patio when we arrived. Parking was free because the pool issue but contractors/ business companies were using the lot as well even working on cars during the day parking right next to my vehicle."
