「Truly a best view of the beach. Nice large unscreened balcony with plenty of seating options. Condo was nicely furnished, well equipped, staff at office was friendly and helpful. No ants/insects anywhere inside condo. Condo has beach chairs and umbrellas inside the bedroom closet, and there are plenty of lounges on the beach too. 「We enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and newly renovated. We cooked on the grill and enjoyed the beach. The parking space was too tight for our truck so we parked in the overflow lot down the street after dropping our bags off. I was glad that they had an elevator since we had a lot of stuff to bring up and down. We would look forward to coming back here again.」

「Close to the water but not on the water like one of the pics make you think. You can’t even see the water from the room. Pics were deceiving. You can’t see anything from the room except fence. Room and property was clean. Walls are paper thin and could hear the people in the room next to me talking. You could things being moved around in the rooms.」

「Ervins wonderful condo scores big with a tastefully interior and is thoughtfully equipped so theres nothing left to be desired, while located closely to beaches and entertainment.Its in the perfect spot to enjoy all of Bradentons close-by great offerings, restaurants, beaches, nightlife and shopping.
