“Overall, the stay was great. No problems with checking in or out. The door worked exactly as they instructed via text message. Clean, modern rooms. I loved the option of the sauna and the gym. We used both. The little homey touches throughout the property were nice. The board with the guests' dreams was cute. The only problem was that the hot water option on the fountain in the lobby was not working. I had to go across the street to McDonald's for hot water.”
