“Super thin walls. You can hear every step. If you sleep on bottom floor the water pipes are right behind your head in the walls so you hear every flush or shower. Easy location to get to/from downtown Seattle. Just a few minutes. Street traffic is heavy during weekdays as there seems to be only one exit from the neighborhood. We parked along the street as the parking spot was difficult to get into with a large SUV.”

“Our stay of 8 days was great. Easy check in process & the location was great! It was close by to a lot of attractions & food spots. It was the perfect size for our family of four (2 adults & 2 kids) it didn’t feel too cramped. The place was clean & neat and provided everything you could think of or would need for a stay. “Stayed here while helping our son move into Seattle for a summer job. The stay started with the guy in the upper unit already moved into our unit. That was a BIT of a surprise. Texted the owner but got a reply several hours later after we had worked it out on our own. Dryer vent popped off the dryer while drying some clothes. Nice set of knives but no cutting boards?? Felt like the unit was not quite ready for guests. Not on my list of places to return. Nice location and parking.”

“What a phenomenal place to stay! We wished we could’ve stayed longer! We enjoyed the bomb shelter the first night, having snacks, listening to records, and just chatting and laughing.
