“Had difficulty with app but unit spotless. There was a crack in internal garage access door, light in front bedroom not working, toilet paper roll loose and some mould in back bathroom. As the unit seemed new these are not criticisms but feedback brought to Helens attention which she acknowledged straight back. Helen is on these issues and they did not impede on our stay. We would stay there again if in the area.”

The host kept saying thanks for your patience but we had to buy power banks to charge our phones, swelter in rooms with no power, all of our food went off in the fridge and freezer. “This property was good for our Gold Coast stay. It is right in the heart of surfers paradise, walking distance to just about everything you’d need. The host was great with communication and promptly replied to any queries we had. There were some cups in the cupboard that looked as though they hadn’t been washed, and it would have been good to have a few extra bath mats, just because the water leaks out of the shower a bit. But otherwise, this spot was great.”
