"If you are looking for peace and quiet in a location near tons of hiking, wineries, breweries, and farms, stay here! Jen was a perfect host and the cottage is gorgeous. All of the appliances are new, the house itself is out of a magazine, and the bed is super comfortable. We loved that there is a washer and dryer, a perfect porch, a fire pit, games, books, tv, everything. We can't wait to visit again!"

"Well kept home, everything you need in the kitchen, close to the Caverns. The host were wonderful, replied to any messages I sent very fast, only thing I would change about this house would be a blind or curtain in kitchen window and covering over the front glass door but that wouldn't stop me from renting this home again if I was to return to the area. "Super quaint little cottage, exactly what we needed. The hosts are incredibly sweet and accommodating. The view is of open farmland with mountians in the distance. The sun sets off the back of the cottage and theres a wonderful view. Really wonderful spot!"

"We spent a weekend hiking in Shenandoah NP. This was a perfect location to access the park. The house was clean and comfortable with all amenities included. The hosts were very sweet to leave fresh chicken eggs on our arrival and were very helpful to assist in anything we needed. Would definitely stay again!"

"The property was gorgeous and very relaxing. The cottage was clean and well kept with a comfy bed and cute coffee bar. The couch is a bit uncomfortable, but we didn’t spend much time lounging anyways. Great location and close to Skyline Drive and Shenandoah National Park for hiking. "Check-in was a breeze. The heat was on when we got there, fresh towels, linen, and a fully equipped kitchen. We had everything we needed to cook. We enjoyed using the outdoor charcoal grill for our New Years Eve feast. Our dog loved sniffing around and going down to the river. I wish it would have been warm enough to sit on the screened in porch, it was lovely! Very cozy, we will be back to enjoy it in the warmer months!"

"We chose this property for its proximity to Early Mountain Vineyards, which was our primary destination, but we loved coming back to the cottage and making a wood fire with the complimentary wood the owner left us! We ended up not cooking anything ourselves, but all the necessary supplies were there if we had wanted to. A nice secluded spot right next to a river!"

"My friends and I stayed here for a short gateway. The house was very nice but the cons are: 1. Mattress were uncomfortable because they were old and spring mattress. 2. Linens looked old,musty, and dirty. Some linens still had stains. 3. Pillows were old and thin. 4. Bathrooms were stained in blue and old. 5. "This place was fantastic! Clean, quiet, safe, and relaxing. The TV and soundbar setup were extremely high quality, we had a great time playing two player on our Nintendo Switch as well as watching our favorite shows and a movie. We had an absolutely wonderful and rejuvenating stay here. The property fit our needs perfectly.
