It was a lovely stay. The area of town looks a little rundown but it's safe and very walkable. The room was clean and as described. Check in was easy.

Great location

The room was in an excellent location, really close to the old town and was really comfortable; the breakfast at a cafe in the heart of the old town was great.Toni was really helpful in finding us a free parking spot nearby, which was a great help.

Our host was very kind and welcoming during our check in! He supported us on finding a parking spot which can be difficult in Split, very close to the main city attractions and the restaurant for breakfast had an awesome view inside the palace! Definitely recommend

Close to the old town and central bus station. Breakfast is not on the premises but in a very nice café close by. We had an early check in which was very convenient for us. We will be back!

It is only a 3 minute walk to the palace and 8 mins to the sea, everywhere in within walking distance. The room was lovely with a comfortable kings size bed. It has a large shower and separate toilet. The air conditioning worked well, as we had the windows shut at night time to cut out any road noise. The climb up 3 flights of stairs is not too bad. We were give free use of luggage storage when we checked out. Toni the agent looked after us well. We stay there again.

Parking is expensive and competitive if you have a car. it's not a hotel when they refer to reception. it's a 4th floor walk up, 65 steps. Toni was excellent through what'sap. Location is excellent and breakfast was very good in the beautiful palace. Finally, Netflix is available on the TV. Good for our entertainment interests.

Lovely room - very clean and good decor. Little outside sitting area and large bathroom. Next door to a well stocked supermarket. Perfect location for the centre and harbour of split. Met on arrival ( which was earlier than advertised checkin) Be aware of 2 flights of stairs to room. Don’t be put off by entrance to apartment with its heavy graffiti door! We weren’t offered daily housekeeping ( which we wouldn’t have accepted as only stayed 3 nights ) but access to extra tea/coffee would have been appreciated. Do very highly recommend for value for money, location and room.

Clean, comfortable and classy.

Beautiful apartment with a very comfy bed and very welcome air conditioning as we were in a heateave. The apartment itself was well presented and clean with a beautiful hand painted design on the ceiling. An addition of a safe in the room was very welcome as was the mini fridge and complimentary teas and coffees. The apartment was up on the third floor but it was worth climbing every step ! Toni was professional, polite and courteous and easy to communicate with. The breakfasts that we obtained with the vouchers were out of this world! They were simply the best that we have had in Croatia to date.

Perfect location in Split

Nice place to stay just outside of the old town of Split. Easy to reach by foot and very nice host. Parking is available in public parking spots and can be difficult to find. Great help from the host in this regards. All the necesities you need for a nice stay in Split.

I had a terrible experience with this property. I booked this hotel 6 months before my travel date and specifically booked one of the rooms the one with the brick backdrop on the bed, this was the only room out of the three that I wanted and i messaged the hotel to ensure that was the room I booked and they confirmed. When I got there I received one of the other rooms that looked way worse in person, it was extremely dated, old and the bedding was horrible (it looked like my grandparents 10th backup sheet) it was faded, thin, fuzzy with lint, the pillows looked terrible. When we asked why they changed rooms on us the manager got on the phone with us, was very rude and threatening and told us if we don't like it to cancel and find somewhere else. After 24 hrs of no sleep, a long flight and 40 degree heat she expected us to find a hotel in high season at the very last minute walking the streets with our luggage? We stayed because we had no choice but it really was a horrible experience. I booked this hotel for the good reviews, but I assure you next time I will not trust a hotel with only 40 reviews and misleading pictures of the rooms. Also that beach picture they have as their cover photo is non existent (its closed) and was more than half an hour drive from the property so I don't know why they post that. They should change their name as this is not a unique luxury room. On the positive side the breakfast vouchers they gave us to the nearby cafe in the square was nice.

Veldig skeptisk ved ankomst, inngangsparti lite tiltalende med tagget dør, ikke heis og rommene ligger i 3 etg. Positivt overrasket av rom og bad, rolig og meget sentralt område selv om det ikke ser slik ut ved ankomst. Bildene lyver litt mht området rundt, men det var ingen overraskelse for vår del. Butikker og marked ligger like ved. Absolutt en plass jeg kunne reist tilbake til, egner seg godt for par.
