“We had two rooms. In one room the wall air unit didn't work at all. In the other room the door wouldn't lock and it smelled like urine really bad. The window opened easily from the outside. There were quite a few people loitering around outside,and vagrants on the property. I have no judgment but it definitely spoke to my feelings of safety for my family. “Parking was a little tight. Check in was super easy and convenient. Everything was very clean except for the coffee machine which could use a good clean. The softest sheets I've ever slept on! Air conditioning was ok, although it kept kicking off and it got hot real quick. Doors and walls are super thin so we could hear everyone outside. Some blackout curtains would be nice to keep the light out as it pours out the sides of the roller curtain. ”

“Looking at booking the reservation thru Expedia - it was expressed there were only three rooms left. The reality was only two rooms were booked. All the rest were not. "As a continental breakfast, the variety was actually quite good. Unfortunately, the hotel really needs a better chef—the potatoes were mushy and burnt, sausages took 30 minutes to come out, the eggs were overcooked, and the toaster setting was too long, leaving the bread burnt. The room itself was decent, but check-in was a nightmare. We waited nearly an hour because of poor communication between the hotel and EXPEDIA. Even though we had already paid, the hotel almost charged us again. Too many issues overall. The only real highlight was the swimming pool, which our child absolutely loved"
