4 tiered deck and dock, large screened area with refrigerator& freezer, living and dining area. Deep water canal & large waterfront dock for kayaking, fishing & swimming. Also a large firepit area. Upstairs in the main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and a small screened in porch.
Downstairs bedroom and bathroom are an absolute delight for teenagers and older. It has a separate entrance from the exterior. You must go outside and upstairs to access main house from downstairs bedroom. Connected to the 4th bedroom is the ground floor screened in porch area. Plenty of dining area and a sitting area. Full size refrigerator and medium size freezer. Perfect area to dine, play games , and relax. Or enjoy drinks around the boat bar while the burgers are on the grill!
Enjoy giant Connect 4, Ladder Toss, and there’s a sand volleyball court. Water fountain & lights go on nightly. Manatees, fish, and turtles are in the canal!

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Set thermostat to 74 upstairs and bunk room. Leave beds unmade do not strip sheets.
Put all lawn furniture back to original spot and put down umbrellas. Put kayaks back upside down and paddles. Put life jackets back in white storage box.
Turn off all interior lights - leave exterior lights on. Exteriors lights are dusk to dawn lightbulbs -upstairs front porch, 3 light switches around downstairs screened porch. Turn off ceiling fans.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Family Fun!

This was our second year staying at this property and once again it didn’t disappoint. Our family had a fantastic time enjoying everything. The Weeki Wachee River has to offer. From kayaking through the serene waters to spotting incredible wildlife -dolphins, manatees and turtles - it was unforgettable adventure. The location is perfect for reconnecting with nature while making memories with loved ones. We’re already looking forward to next year.

Fun on the weeki wachi

We enjoyed EVERYTHING about this property. Super comfy, lots of great living and sleeping spaces, wonderfully appointed. We cooked, played cards, volleyball, watched movies, paddled for miles on the river, and had cozy campfires. Perfect for our two families with teenagers. Great communication with our host.

Great house with everything you need

This house checks all the marks when traveling to Weeki Wachee. We have stayed here twice and feel the house is well suited for all age groups and the downstairs screen in area is an added bonus. We will be back.

We would definitely rent again, it was a quick paddle to the river and we went left and experienced so much beauty!! If you go right it gets crowded!

Exceptional River House

Relaxing on the river, enjoying the peaceful setting of the house, and the wonderful amenities that the owners provide made our stay here truly priceless. We have stayed at multiple houses on the River- and this one exceeded all our expectations. Definitely will be back!

HAD A WONDERFUL STAY

Everything about this property is A-1 quality. Andrea, the host, saw to it that we had everything we could possibly need. We felt welcome immediately with all the little amenities we found awaiting us. We couldn't find a volley ball (we arrived shortly after a hurricane) and Andrea had one delivered the next day. This is an excellent place to stay. We loved it!

Beautiful area and house!

My family enjoyed our stay! The host was very responsive and helpful. Plenty of room for the kids to play in the water. Beds were comfortable! Water was beautiful! We got to see manatees! We had a wonderful trip all around. We plan to come back!

Family Vacation

The property was perfect for our 2 family vacation, it was comfortable and had plenty of room for everyone. Everyone enjoyed the house and all the activities from kayaking on the river to playing volleyball. Andrea was a great host and her communication was amazing. She answered questions quickly and gave great recommendations for local adventures. Truly an amazing vacation!

Great house with wonderful outdoor space!

We had more than enough space at this house right on the water! The canal is very peaceful. The outdoor space is great, the decks are very nice. Our kids loved the available kayaks, games and the separate room below the house. Excellent location and communication with the owner!

This property exceeded our expectations! It was a very lovely spot to relax on the river. We watch the manatees every morning and appreciated the use of the kayaks. It was very well stocked, From comfortable throw blankets, to towels, and plenty of kitchen supplies. Thank you for sharing this lovely home with us!

Wonderful Stay!

The property was a great place for our family to stay! My siblings and our families came to Spring Hill to celebrate our Dad's 70th birthday. This place was perfect for us since there was plenty of space and common areas and great outdoor space to spend time together. Then on Sunday there was plenty of room for us all to watch the super bowl together inside! Kayaking on the weeki wachee was also awesome, tons of wildlife and cool things to see. Andrea is a super responsive and helpful host. Overall can't recommend this place enough!

Beautiful home and amazing manatee watching

We rented this as our last summer vacation with the kids and some friends. The teenaged boys had their own quarters downstairs with bunk beds, their own bathroom. The house is newly renovated and is really nice with lots of upgrades including very nice fans. We got a lot of use out of the kayaks and paddle boards and saw lots of manatees. John was very responsive to all questions and concerns. Would love to come back next year!

Family fun on the river!

We spent a long weekend at this beautiful renovated home on the water. It was the perfect place for us to be together with extended family. It was an easy 10 min paddle to the main river where we enjoyed the day, spotting manatee, taking breaks with dips in the cool water and plenty of sunshine! The house was so great as it has multiple gathering areas where some of us played games, others shared a cocktail on the dock and a couple lounged on the super comfy couch watching a movie. Plenty of areas to spread out, but also come together as a group. We plan to come back again soon and stay for longer! Thank you to management for being so great with communicating and welcoming us into this beautiful vacation rental home! Oh- and the "boat bar" and sand volleyball court were two other top hang out locations. TOP vacation stay for our family!!

AMAZING! BOOK NOW!

We had such an amazing staycation here. The house was perfect, very clean, comfortable beds, and stocked with everything you need. We had 6, 16 year old boys and two adults. The downstairs are was perfect to give the boys their privacy and independence. The bed room with beds is so fun for a group of kids and downstairs has a fridge, microwave and freezer making it so nice for the kids to snack, get drinks, and eat popsicles whenever they wanted instead of coming upstairs. We served them all their meals downstairs as well because they have a very large table. There are plenty of fans to keep you nice and cool. The pictures online just don't do it justice. It's perfect. The owner was very quick with communicating anytime I had any questions and the check in / check out process was a breeze. We loved it!
