My mom was in town and my home is under renovation so we decided to go somewhere where we could spend time together. This is my first time renting a home and it was perfect. The pool was amazing and the beds were a dream!! We also liked watching the ducks on the canal.

Spring Break 2023

We stayed there during Spring Break. The house was very clean and comfortable. My kid loved the pool. The neighborhood was very quiet. Highly recommend checking out Brian’s Place for dinner! They have amazing food and great service! Definitely, will be returning.

Great place to stay to access the system of spring-fed rivers in Florida to kayak. Well set up rental for a couple or small family in a quiet residential neighborhood. It would be a great place to bring your own motorboat or rent one nearby. Plenty of nearby restaurants. The closest beach is on Pine Island, a small but nice beach. Good for kayaking too. The house had everything you needed, well supplied. Clean, neat and well organized. We enjoyed the pool and screened-in porch. We would rent again.

Communication was great , we were contacted by txt before and day of arrival with directions and check in details. The house was exactly as the pictures show . We will stay here again if we come me back to this area. ssilsilverware s eith plenty of dishes

Amazing!

Loved it! The house is very close to everything. The 2 kayaks came in handy when we spent the day on the Weeki Wachee. The pool was lovely and the house was cute and clean. We will definitely be booking here again.

Perfect spot and house for a quick getaway

This was a weekend golf trip. The house is in a great, quiet spot on Hernando Beach. Everything is new and clean. It is well appointed for any kind of trip. The pool was wonderful for a dip after a hot day on the courses. We ran out of time before we could use the kayaks. Would definitely stay again in future.

Nice Home away from Home

This property was the perfect place for our week's vacation. We came to central Florida to kayak. Within an hour's drive, we found a place to visit every day. The house was perfectly set up for us. The pool was clean and readily available. We enjoyed the outside screened-in porch each morning and evening. Plenty of fun restaurants right in the area and you are not far from Spring Hill. It is a quiet residential area. Not on the beach, but there are beaches close by. If you have your own motorboat or plan to rent one, this is a great setup. We would recommend the beach on Pine Island. The owners made the house easy to use. Everything was well stocked. We would visit again.

Great weekend getaway!

Home was clean and the area was nice. There was one issue that was handled before we arrived to ensure the trip had no interruptions. Communication was clear so it was all very seamless. Would go back today if I could!

Lovely cottage with all the amenities and close to several local beaches. Also, Clearwater, St. Pete and Tampa are all excellent day trips!

Clean and great place to stay

The house was very clean and nice and worked perfect for our family. Pool was definitely pretty chilly because it is a solar heated pool and we didn’t have a ton of sun during our stay. Overall great little house.

Perfect weekend!

This house was great!! Very cute and looks recently redone. The pool area was perfect. The advertisement/listing says “heated pool”, maybe it is, perhaps solar heated, but it was quite chilly to us adults, luckily our daughter didn’t mind it. Central location, within 10-15 min to Weeki Wachee (to see the mermaids) and a 40 min drive to Homosassa Springs to see the manatees. House was clean and had everything you could think of; nicely stocked. Beds were all super comfy! The house does have two bathrooms, however, one only has access from the garage or lanai area. Didn’t matter to us; we just loved having the extra full bathroom. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. We would definitely rent this exact house again next time we are in the area. We are a few hours away and wanted to go somewhere different for a quick weekend away. We didn’t want to leave.

Perfect little getaway home!

We were very impressed with this home. Everything was clean, the decor was cute, we loved having the kayaks to go in the canal. The pool was perfect for my kiddos. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We have nothing negative to say…all good things!
