Host communication was excellent. Loved being able to walk to the restaurant for dinner. Place was very clean and overall just a great location .

A great place for a long weekend or longer for 2 adults. Perfect location being able to launch a kayak from the backyard and paddle up to the head springs or to paddle out toward the flats. Nice and quiet, even with the restaurant near by which is a positive it you want to eat there as you can just walk over. Would rent again.

You can tell it is an older property, but the unit was very clean and welcoming. The location was perfect for paddling and you could launch right from the backyard. We saw tons of wildlife right from the dock: great egrets, a small gator several manatees and turtles. My son caught a bass right from the dock. We'd stay here again when visiting this area.

Perfect water access for paddle boarding!! What a cute little place! We spent the entire day paddle boarding to the spring head and back!!! What a beautiful trip!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful gem!! It’s walking distance to Upper Deck as well! It was perfect!!!!

My husband and I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary here with our 3 fur babies. It was so clean and peaceful and quiet a six minute paddle to Clear water. We had two manatees pass by also two dolphins. We saw many turtles probably about 22 manatees on our whole trip. It was such an amazing location close walk or paddle to the restaurant. We have an amazingly comfortable bed at home so we were worried about the bed being comfortable and it was. We ended up extending our stay from five nights to seven. Miranda was a great host. Will definitely be coming back.
