“It might not actually be a cottage, but it feels like it when you walk inside. Roomy, clean, well appointed and decorated. We were on a business trip in Tulare as exhibitors at the AG show so we were exhausted at the end of the day and the jacuzzi was good (it would have been great if it hadn’t been so cold outside…oh well, it is Feb after all!) The owner even left a bottle of wine and sweets in the kitchen which was a very nice touch. Beds suited us well and the heating system was great. The……

“The home was exactly as advertised and met all of our needs. The location near Sequoia made it easy for our family of 6 to explore the park without having to venture too far at the end of the day. The home was exceptionally clean, had everything we needed and was very comfortable for our family. There was a maintenance issue with one of the showers and the responsiveness was incredibly quick. Not sure how the repairman got there so fast! We were there in the "offseason," so restaurants were……

“Great property in a great location! We had a group of 6 and it worked really well. 1 of the bedrooms is a bunk room that would accomodate a larger group/family well. Three Rivers was an awesome place to visit with great food - all guided by our tremendous host. From the moment we committed to the trip, our host was communicating at a super high level to ensure the stay was all we imagined - and more. Coffee on the deck by the river was fantastic!”

“Love love love! perfect little glamping experience! My partner and I stayed here and everything was perfect from the cute little dome to the fire pit to the hot tub already hot and ready for us. Would definitely recommend this place to friends. If you do book these I would definitely try to make it to the dome during the daylight because you're in nature which means little service and no streetlights.”

“This house was perfect for our family (6 adults) getaway. Conveniently located close to Three Rivers dining options and close to the Sequoia National Park entrance. The Kaweah River was rolling and it was very relaxing sitting in the gazebo watching and listening it go by. Srey was very responsive to any questions we had and provided us with a lot of helpful tips for enjoying the area. Would definitely stay here again.”

“We met up for the Jazz Festival. Although tucked away, this was a great place to stay, with easy access. my only reservation was the climbing up the steep stairs. ( being in the mountains, I should have known.) One of the group has cardiac problems so this was a bit difficult. Otherwise, everything was very clean and well organized. Virtually anything we needed was available. The views were unbelievable coffee on the porch was fantastic. Thank you for a wonderful stay.”

Microwave, refrigerator, a basket of snacks, dishes,and coffee and tea, We were surprised by the quality of the place. The workmanship that was put into buildin was 5 star. “Was unable to make the Wednesday checkin, we were there on Thursday afternoon,On Friday morning in the rain, I was 3 hours out of getting married, and the storage tank for the water ran out and had NO water to get ready for my wedding. It was remedied rather quickly but still had to head down to the venue to get ready…….pre- planning on a water storage tank when you are renting out a property should have been filled prior to our arrival. Also the Wi-Fi does not work. Not sure I would ever do a……
