“Pros: Great location and view, spacious apartment with a full kitchen and laundry, and pet friendly. Cons: Unfortunately there are several serious issues that need addressing. The lock is taped on with what looks like giftwrap tape, and is wobbly and hard to use, we didn't feel secure at all. The bed sheets and pull out couch had clearly not been changed: they were smelly and covered in hair and stains, so we spent three hours doing laundry before we could sleep. “Went up to Vermont for a music festival in Montpelier. The host was excellent and responsive to all questions within minutes of texting. Place was clean, quiet neighbors, with great proximity to downtown Stowe, and Montpelier. Burlington, was a little bit further west but, still within 45 minutes driving. Beds were enormous, comfortable mattress and bedding clean and fresh. Shaws and upscale Market 32 by Price Chopper were within a 10 minute drive in either direction from condo. Clean bathroom,……

“We had a fantastic stay at this lovely condo in Stowe. The location truly can’t be beat—being right at the resort made everything so convenient. We loved waking up with easy access to all the resort amenities and being perfectly positioned to explore everything Stowe has to offer. The condo itself was beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed to feel right at home, and the thoughtful touches really showed that the host cares about their guests’ experience. The……

The BAD: heard people upstairs stomping around all hours day/night, owner set the heat @ 65 (temp would never increase if tried to raise) night temp outside @ 40 and it was chilly in most rooms, outlet on left side of the bed in the master b/r was dead/ had to switch sides with wife to use medical device, shower retained the water/had to pull hair out of the drain, AND a God awful LOUD fan in master BR ran……

“The apartment was good and confortable. The location very remote, away from the village center, the entrance to the apartment was in very bad shape, no path, we had to clime over stones to get to the door , the grass not cut. Not completly satisfied.”

“DON'T STAY HERE! Building needed a paint job badly, but worse we never got inside. The code given to us for the electronic lock system to the door did not work. After several tries, it locked up completely. There wasn't a phone number or email listed for the host. We had to contact Vrbo and they weren't able to get a hold of the host either. Vrbo wanted to find another place in the area for us to stay, but at that point, we had had it and got Vrbo to give us a refund.”

“This is a wonderfully updated condo in Stowe. We were very comfortable during our stay and enjoyed the available amenities. Communication with the host was wonderful. The condo looked exactly as we expected. Kitchen is well appointed. And Stowe is just amazing, of course.”
