This 2 bedroom apartment is located in the centre of St Andrews on one of the towns oldest streets.



The entrance to the apartment is at the back of the building, and is accessible through a small close, and up a small flight of stairs.



The main door opens into a small entrance and an open plan living room/kitchen, with doors leading off to the master bedroom with double bed, guest bedroom with bunk beds, and bathroom.

Fantastic Property!

My husband and I and our two large sons (ages 16 and 18) stayed for 4 nights. Perfect location for playing St Andrews Links and very close to restaurants, pubs and Sainsbury’s. Small, but no need for more space and amenities because it’s all there! Rustic and just an all around great experience! Definitely recommend!

Good area but loud

Close to castle, Cathedral, and restaurants. But even closer to the university. Very loud, University neighbors. Parties all night. Very thin walls, so no noise reduction. Small but clean. Rental managers responsive, but unable to deal with the problems in a timely fashion. We left a day early after no sleep.

This is such a lovely flat. Very clean and modern. Every creature's comfort was there - very thoughtful amenities. Very well located - we could walk everywhere. Our son goes to college at St. Andrews so we will be booking again when we visit next. Thanks.
