"Everything was as expected accept for the description of air conditioning. It had 2 portable units that, even though it was unseasonable warm, struggled keeping any part of the home below 85 degrees."

"This is the most amazing house our family has ever stayed in. It was perfect for our family reunion!! There was more than enough room for 27 of us. Our grandchildren were in heaven with all the child friendly spaces and secret tunnels. Our teenagers and adults loved the pool table and ping pong tables. Outside the playground, tennis/pickleball court, fire pit, and kayaks on the pond all brought our family together in a magical way. David was great! The house was very clean. We will definitely come back to the 3 Peaks Lodge again!!"

"Such a cool property! We brought our 4 teenage to adult children to do the escape room in the basement and it did not disappoint! Their is simply no other escape room that can compare due to the unique old theatre that it came from! The room and kitchen were quaint and cozy. Thank you for a great experience!"

"Great location to day trip to Grand Tetons and Yellowstone. The area itself had local activities that made cold rainy days enjoyable. The place was clean, bed was comfy, and the host stocked the kitchen with breakfast items. The host was a good with communication, responded quick when the power went out. If you’re looking for a cheap place to call base camp while you explore Idaho, this is a great choice."
